Connie Jordan Nielsen, Senior Vice President, along with Nicki Jassy and Alicia Brown of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, managed the lease negotiations on behalf of the shopping center's landlord. Burlington Stores, headquartered in New Jersey, reported Fiscal 2025 net sales of $11.5 billion and operates 1,242 stores across 47 states, Washington D.C., and Puerto Rico. The new store will feature Burlington's updated design, including wider, more organized aisles and prominent signage for improved navigation.
