NexGold Mining has announced an expansion of its reverse circulation infill drilling program at the Goldboro Gold Project in Nova Scotia, Canada, increasing the scope from 30,000 meters to 40,000 meters. The company has reported high-grade gold intersections,
including 12.06 grams per tonne over 6 meters and 3.84 grams per tonne over 18 meters. The drilling focuses on near-surface mineralization within the West and East pits, aiming to upgrade mineral resources from indicated to measured. The program, which involves drilling at 12.5-meter spacing down to 50-meter depths, is designed to provide detailed geological and grade information for the early years of the Goldboro mine plan. NexGold plans to incorporate the results into a future updated mineral resource estimate, independent of an ongoing updated Feasibility Study expected to be completed in Q3 2026.
