He joined Fox Rothschild in 2020 to establish and lead its entertainment and sports law division alongside his mentor, Leron Rogers. The duo was recruited from Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard and Smith law firm, bringing with them a roster of high-profile clients such as Rick Ross, Kanye West, Coco Jones, Simone Biles, Stevie Wonder, the Carolina Panthers, and Viola Davis. Rose's role involves negotiating music litigation, endorsement deals, and copyright disputes, ensuring that his clients are well-protected and compensated.
