The St. Louis Blues have announced a series of promotions and new hires within their front office, following the formalization of new roles for President of Hockey Operations Doug Armstrong and General Manager Alexander Steen. Keith Tkachuk, a recent
Hockey Hall of Fame inductee, has been promoted to advisor to the president of hockey operations. Chris Thorburn has been elevated to director of player development. Other promotions include Alex Starovoytov to full-time scout, Madison Greenough to senior data engineer, and Jazzmyn Carter to senior coordinator of hockey operations. Additionally, Robert Bortuzzo returns as a pro scout, and Shane Malloy joins as director of strategic planning. Dr. Ted Barile has been appointed as the team chiropractor.
