Aspen Hospitality, a division of Aspen One, is launching a new luxury hotel brand, Nell Hotels, inspired by The Little Nell in Aspen. The first property, The Nell New York, will open in fall 2027 at Rockefeller Center, marking the first hotel within the iconic
location. The 134-room hotel will feature Art Deco-inspired design, a fine dining restaurant, and a wine lounge. The project, costing over $350 million, aims to recreate the exclusivity and distinctive services of The Little Nell, offering guests access to cultural and dining experiences in New York City.
