The Cistern's unique architectural features, including its vastness and resonant acoustics, naturally amplify sound and create an immersive sensory experience that enhances the meditative process. This goes beyond a typical meditation class, transforming the environment itself into a therapeutic tool. This trend reflects a broader societal interest in holistic well-being, where individuals seek experiences that engage multiple senses and offer a respite from the digital world. Ethically, providing such accessible wellness opportunities in public spaces promotes inclusivity in health practices, making therapeutic experiences available to a wider demographic.
