anticipate AI will fundamentally alter employee experience management within three years, with this figure rising to 89% over the next decade. The study highlights that the proportion of work performed through automation and digital tools is expected to more than double, from 14% today to 31% within three years. This rapid transformation is causing uncertainty among employees about the evolution of their roles and the relevance of their skills in an increasingly automated workplace.
