The Pure Street Photography Awards 2026 has announced its winners, showcasing candid moments captured by photographers from around the globe. This year's competition received 1,582 entries from 50 countries, with eight photographers winning across two
categories. Fiona Shields, Head of Photography at The Guardian, judged the Open Category, while renowned street photographer Rui Palha judged the Black & White Category. The winning and finalist photographs highlight the diversity of street photography, featuring humorous coincidences, striking compositions, and intimate human interactions. The selected works will be exhibited at Jawahar Kala Kendra in Jaipur, India, from November 20-22, 2026.
