Brookfield Properties has revealed renderings for The Market Hall, a new two-level food hall located at 398 Tenth Avenue in Midtown West, Manhattan. The venue, spanning over 34,000 square feet, will feature 12 casual dining concepts, an independent full-service
restaurant, a full-service indoor bar, and a rooftop terrace bar. This development is part of the larger Manhattan West complex, which has undergone significant transformation since the completion of Two Manhattan West in 2024. The Market Hall is set to open this fall, replacing the former Citizens Market Hall, which closed in April 2025. The new venue aims to emulate the success of Hudson Eats, another multi-vendor dining hall operated by Brookfield at Brookfield Place.
