Norway's Green Yard has unveiled the KLEVEN KY100, a 100-meter Polar Class expedition yacht. This marks Green Yard's entry into developing and owning its yacht designs, moving beyond its previous role as a builder for other brands. The KY100, developed
in collaboration with Opalinski Design House and HAV Design, combines the yard's experience in offshore and polar vessels with contemporary superyacht design. The PC5-classified vessel is designed for global operations, including polar waters, boasting an 18-knot cruising speed and a range of approximately 10,000 nautical miles. The yacht features hybrid battery propulsion with an 8-MWh battery system for silent operation and offers dual-fuel methanol-capable engines as an option. Expedition features include an integrated helicopter hangar, enclosed tender hangars, a Polar Panorama Lounge, a beach club, and an infinity pool.
