Chisolm joins as the Water Policy, Regulation and Governance Lead for the Strategic Services for Water Strategy and Insights team. With nearly 30 years of experience in the UK water and environmental sectors, Chisolm will focus on growing Arup’s advisory services in water policy, regulation, and governance, helping clients navigate changes in the water sector and develop integrated, long-term solutions. Matt Walker has been appointed as UKIMEA Water Business Growth Director for Water Utilities. Walker will drive growth across Arup’s water business, working with clients and partners to create more resilient and sustainable water systems, and supporting major investment programs while addressing challenges like water security and the transition to sustainable water systems.
