Alaska Airlines has announced the expansion of its codeshare agreement with Korean Air, adding five new routes to Southeast Asia. Starting August 13, 2026, Alaska will add its flight numbers to Korean Air routes connecting Seoul with Bangkok, Busan, Hanoi,
Ho Chi Minh City, and Singapore. This expansion allows Alaska Airlines to offer seamless travel itineraries from the U.S. to these Southeast Asian destinations via Seoul. While the codeshare facilitates easier booking for cash fares, it currently does not extend to award travel using Atmos Rewards points, as these itineraries are not available for points redemption.
