The transaction is anticipated to conclude in the third quarter of calendar year 2026. Adam White, President of Infineon’s Power Systems (PS) division, stated that this acquisition will create a new center of excellence for digital power technologies in India and accelerate innovation in power delivery solutions for AI data centers.
