Nvidia-backed Firmus Technologies, in collaboration with Singapore's DayOne, is set to build a 360MW AI data center campus on Batam, Indonesia. This facility will house up to 170,000 Nvidia GPUs and is planned
to be phased in from Q1 2027 through 2028. Firmus Technologies, valued at $5.5 billion after a recent funding round, anticipates $25-30 billion in committed offtake agreements over the first six years of the facility's operation.
