Nordstrom, Inc. has announced plans to open a new Nordstrom Rack location in Cypress, Texas, in the fall of 2027. This new 25,000-square-foot store will be situated at Dunham Pointe, a property managed by Trademark Property Company, located at the intersection
of Highway 290 and Mason Road. Gemma Lionello, president of Nordstrom Rack, stated that the expansion aims to serve the Cypress community with a wide selection of brands at competitive prices and introduce new customers to the Nordstrom experience. The store will offer convenient services such as online order pickup for both Nordstrom.com and NordstromRack.com, as well as easy returns. This addition will increase Nordstrom's physical presence in Texas, where it currently operates eight Nordstrom stores and 27 Nordstrom Rack locations, contributing to over 3,400 jobs statewide. Nordstrom Rack is the off-price division of Nordstrom, Inc., providing up to 70% off on apparel, accessories, beauty products, home decor, and shoes from top brands.
