(Dy) and neodymium-praseodymium (NdPr) from recycled rare earth magnet scrap. This marks a critical step in USA Rare Earth's strategy to de-risk supply chains for defense, semiconductors, and AI infrastructure. The company has secured a 15-year 100% offtake agreement with U.S. government parties and private capital sources, ensuring stable demand for its metals.
