A report by Justworks, in collaboration with The Harris Poll, reveals that small businesses are losing talent due to inflexible benefits packages. The study highlights that many small businesses continue to offer 'one-size-fits-all' benefits, which do
not meet the diverse needs of today's workforce. The report surveyed over 525 U.S. adults involved in benefits decisions at small businesses and more than 1,325 employable adults. It found that 80% of small-business decision-makers find it challenging to provide health benefits that cater to different employee needs. Additionally, 96% of these decision-makers acknowledge the importance of offering more choice in health coverage.
