hips in all three planes of motion—forward and back, side-to-side, and rotationally—to prevent stiffness and weakness in the muscles surrounding the hip joint. This approach aims to reduce the risk of tendinitis, bursitis, and joint pain, which often arise from tight and short muscles compressing the joint space. The recommended exercises include multi-plane hip flexor and adductor mobility movements, a lunge matrix, and a three-way reach, all of which target various muscle groups around the hip to improve function and reduce pain.
