The St. Louis Blues have announced a series of significant changes within their front office, following the formalization of new roles for President of Hockey Operations Doug Armstrong and General Manager Alexander Steen. Keith Tkachuk, a recent Hockey Hall
of Fame inductee, has been promoted to advisor to the president of hockey operations. Tkachuk has been with the Blues since 2014, initially serving as an amateur scout and later as director of recruitment. Chris Thorburn, who ended his 14-year NHL career with the Blues, has been promoted to director of player development. Other promotions include Alex Starovoytov to full-time scout, Madison Greenough to senior data engineer, and Jazzmyn Carter to senior coordinator of hockey operations. Additionally, Robert Bortuzzo returns to the Blues as a pro scout, and Shane Malloy joins as director of strategic planning. Dr. Ted Barile has been appointed as the team chiropractor.
