wellness core on the Red Sea coast. The resort is divided into an adults-only wellness offering and a dedicated experience for families. The adult-only zone focuses on holistic therapies, physiotherapy, fitness, and Pilates, while family experiences feature age-specific facilities and activities designed to support connection, movement, and healthy habits. The wellness philosophy integrates Arab and Eastern healing traditions with contemporary evidence-based practices, offering personalized journeys for guests. Nutrition is a key component, with eight dining venues emphasizing fresh, seasonal ingredients. The resort is powered by solar energy and aims for a 30% net conservation gain by 2040. This is the seventh resort to open at AMAALA, with two more planned.
