behind this acquisition is to develop and open a new 7Brew DriveThru Coffee location at the site. Matt Lafler of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer was responsible for handling the sale negotiations on behalf of the purchaser. Cushman & Wakefield is a global commercial real estate services firm with a significant presence, reporting $10.3 billion in revenue in 2025 across various service lines including Services, Leasing, Capital markets, and Valuation.
