The MIT Sloan School of Management has announced the creation of the MIT Sloan Data Analytics Consortium. This initiative aims to connect industry leaders with cutting-edge research and top student talent to advance the field of data analytics. The consortium
is affiliated with the MIT Sloan Master of Business Analytics program and offers members opportunities for exclusive capstone projects, recruitment, and participation in advisory boards. The consortium's launch coincides with the 10th anniversary of the MBAn program, which will be celebrated with a summit in October 2026. Founding members include major corporations such as Advent, Comcast, Ford Motor Co., GE Appliances, Itaú-Unibanco, Microsoft, and Tampa General Hospital. These organizations are collaborating with MIT to leverage advanced analytics and AI to solve industry challenges.
