What's Happening?
Uganda Airlines has placed its first direct order with Boeing for four 737 MAX-8s and four 787-9s, aiming to enhance its network across Africa, the Middle East, and India. The 787-9s will support longer-haul routes to Europe, Asia, and the Middle East.
Meanwhile, Luxair has firmed orders for two additional 737 MAX-10s, doubling its firm order to four aircraft. These developments were announced at the Farnborough Airshow, highlighting both airlines' strategies to expand their fleets and improve operational efficiency.
