The Portland Craft Chocolate Festival, founded by Ranger Chocolate CEO George Domurot, will feature a chocolate chip cookie competition, known as C4, on October 3. The contest includes three divisions: youth, home bakers, and professional bakers, with
participants submitting their best dozen cookies. Portland Mayor Keith Wilson will be part of the final judging panel, announcing winners in each category. The festival, scheduled for October 2-4 at the Olympic Mills Building, celebrates small-batch chocolate and brings together chocolate makers, artisan food producers, and enthusiasts. Winners will receive trophies and gift boxes, with registration open until September 15.
