The Wisconsin State Fair has announced the winners of its 2026 Sporkies and Drinkies competitions, which celebrate innovative food and beverage creations. The Birria Flamin’ Bombs from Fiesta Frill & Cantina won the Sporkies competition, featuring slow-braised
beef birria, cilantro, onion, and mozzarella cheese, fried in seasoned breadcrumbs. The Tilt-a-Spritz from Old Fashioned Sipper Club won the Drinkies competition, a mix of ruby grapefruit, key lime, and ginger beer. The winners were selected by a panel of judges based on creativity, originality, and taste.
