A 27-story mixed-use residential tower, named 205 Tower, has received approval for construction at 205 105th Ave. NE in downtown Bellevue. The project, led by Bellevue-based Su Development with MZA as the design architect, will be located on a 0.41-acre
site at 105th Avenue Northeast and Northeast Second Street in the Downtown City Center South neighborhood. The site, previously home to Sushi Maru and currently used as a surface parking lot with a vacant restaurant, will undergo demolition before construction commences. The 205 Tower is planned to feature 142 dwelling units, with eight designated as affordable housing. Additionally, it will include 4,440 square feet of commercial space spread across the ground and second stories. The development will also provide 123 parking stalls, accessible via a single driveway on 105th Avenue Northeast, and incorporate an open-space plaza along with street-frontage improvements. The exterior of the tower is designed to be constructed from concrete, metal, and glass. Construction is anticipated to begin in the fall of 2026.
