What's Happening?
The American Center for Manufacturing and Innovation (ACMI) is expanding its National Security Industrial Hub (NSIH) in Bloomfield, Indiana. The expansion increases the hub's footprint from 1,100 acres
to over 1,500 acres, driven by rising demand from defense operators and manufacturing partners. New tenants, including Spinner North America and iRocket, plan to establish operations at the NSIH. Spinner North America will set up an advanced manufacturing facility to support rapid prototyping and mass production, while iRocket will use the site for testing and development of solid rocket motors and reusable rockets. Additionally, Prometheus Energetics is expanding its site within the hub to host its headquarters and advanced production facilities.
