Pagdiwalla brings nearly three decades of experience in technology services, consulting, business transformation, and global operations. His career includes leadership positions at ANSR, where he served as Managing Director, Client Success and Vice President, Service Delivery. Notably, he previously held the role of Associate Vice President, Transformation at Ascena Retail Group, where he led the transformation of the Bangalore business services organization, managing over 100 professionals across business services and data science. Additionally, he spent over 13 years at Hewlett Packard Enterprise in various leadership capacities, focusing on digital selling innovation, marketing business services, global communications, process improvement, and account management across international teams. His career began as a Software Engineer at Mahindra Satyam BPO and included consulting at KPMG US, focusing on operating-model redesign and business process transformation.
