The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) is seeking an Evaluation Capacity Development Consultant to join its team in Washington D.C. The role involves coordinating monitoring and evaluation (M&E) capacity development initiatives across Latin America and the
Caribbean. The consultant will work within the Office of Evaluation and Oversight's Evaluation Capacity Development Program, which aims to strengthen evaluation practices in the region. Responsibilities include overseeing regional M&E training initiatives, developing training courses, and liaising with key M&E actors. The position is a full-time international consultant role with a contract duration of 19 months, extendable up to 48 months. Applicants must be citizens of one of the IDB's 48 member countries and meet specific consanguinity requirements.
