The Pittsburgh Penguins Alumni Association has awarded its 21st annual scholarship to Lincoln Saracco, a graduate of Mercer Area High School. The scholarship, valued at $5,000, is co-sponsored by the Pittsburgh Penguins Foundation and is given to a western
Pennsylvania high school senior who demonstrates academic excellence, leadership, sportsmanship, and a positive attitude in their school's hockey program. Saracco, who served as Alternate Team Captain for the Neshannock Varsity Hockey Team, excelled both on and off the ice, maintaining a 4.99 GPA and participating in multiple sports and community activities.
