KFC's beverage platform, KWENCH, will include Boba Refreshers and Krunch Shakes, set to become permanent in markets like Australia and Canada. The brand is also updating its visual identity, including a refreshed bucket logo and new packaging designs. New restaurant concepts will debut, starting with an open-concept site in McKinney, Texas, and a two-storey outlet in Dubai.
Why It's Important?
KFC's brand revamp is a strategic move to strengthen its position in the competitive quick-service restaurant sector. By diversifying its menu and enhancing its visual identity, KFC aims to attract a broader customer base and adapt to changing consumer preferences. The introduction of new store formats reflects a shift towards more modern and flexible dining experiences, potentially increasing customer engagement and satisfaction.
