What's Happening?
Land O'Lakes, Inc., a farmer-owned cooperative established in 1921, is offering a Supply Chain & Operations Talent Acceleration Program (TAP) in the United States. This 24-month program is designed for best-in-class leaders and includes two 12-month development
assignments across various Supply Chain and Operations functions. Participants will gain experience in areas such as Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Ingredient Merchandising & Sourcing, Logistics, and Continuous Improvement. The program aims to provide in-depth knowledge and diverse experiences within Land O'Lakes' divisions, with assignments designed to be challenging, complex, strategic, and fast-paced. The cooperative operates 85 manufacturing facilities nationwide and manages over 100 warehouses and distribution centers. The program targets recent graduates with less than two years of experience, holding a Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Supply Chain Operations, Business/Ag Business, Economics, Food Science, Engineering, or Agriculture. Successful completion of the Land O'Lakes internship program is also a preferred qualification.
