project in Virginia from its queue. The project, which was to include 150 MW of advanced nuclear generation, 300 MW of fuel cell generation, and 300 MW of natural gas generation, was reportedly withdrawn by PJM without proper notice, according to Oklo. The company claims that PJM misapplied its guidelines to this multi-technology facility and that any alleged deficiencies could have been easily rectified if Oklo had been informed. Oklo's head of media and communications, Bonita Chester, confirmed that the complaint relates to an early-stage potential generation project in Virginia and emphasized that the filing should not be interpreted as a deployment announcement or final investment decision.
