GoCardless and Sage have announced an expansion of their strategic partnership to integrate GoCardless's open banking payment feature, Pay by Bank, into Sage Business Cloud Accounting. This integration aims to streamline the payment process for small

According to Tom Metcalfe, Director of Global Partnerships at GoCardless, this development addresses the challenges small businesses face with high credit card fees and delayed payments. By embedding the Pay by Bank option directly within Sage invoices, businesses can offer a card-free payment method, reducing transaction costs and improving cash flow management.
