Magnachip Semiconductor Corporation has announced the appointment of Chae Lee as its new Chief Executive Officer, effective July 1, 2026. Lee, who brings over 30 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, will also join the company's Board of Directors.
He succeeds Camillo Martino, who has been serving as Interim CEO since August 2025 and will continue as Chairman of the Board. Lee's previous roles include CEO of Tagore Technology and senior leadership positions at companies like NXP Semiconductors and Maxim Integrated Products. His expertise spans power semiconductors, power management integrated circuits, and executive leadership.
