Kennedy Training Network has relaunched its 'Heart of Hospitality' certification training program aimed at front desk staff in the hotel industry. This program is designed to enhance guest service quality and operational consistency through structured
employee development. The training includes a three-step remote delivery process involving one-on-one webcam sessions, an online quiz, and a live role-play session. Participants who complete the program receive a CHH Certificate and lapel pin. The program has been updated for 2026 and is applicable to hotels of all classifications, focusing on the 'Five Pillars of Guest Service Excellence'.
