Revolutionise International Ltd. is set to acquire Bruce Tait Associates (BTA), a Scottish charity recruitment and consultancy firm, with the acquisition taking effect on April 1, 2027. This move marks Revolutionise International's first foray into recruitment services,
expanding its existing work with charity leaders on income growth and impact through consultancy, training, and events. Bruce Tait, BTA's founder, will retire from the business he established in 2007, but will remain available as an adviser for a period. BTA will continue to operate under its own name with its current team and client base, focusing on recruitment and consultancy for UK charities. Annemarie Devlin, Consulting Director at Revolutionise, will assume a leadership role alongside the existing BTA team. The acquisition also includes Charity Careers Africa, BTA's sister company based in Cape Town.
