Kimpton Miralina Resort & Villas Paradise Valley has announced the final phase of its $70 million transformation, set to be completed by early 2027. The resort, located in the Scottsdale area, will unveil its second phase in late 2026, adding 134 newly
renovated Valley Villas and The Enclave, an exclusive hotel-within-a-hotel concept. The transformation will also introduce Arizona's first Katsuya, a modern Japanese restaurant, and over 50,000 square feet of refreshed meeting space. The project aims to create a 40-acre desert destination with 404 renovated rooms, six pools, and 22 event venues, offering a residential experience with a focus on wellness and Sonoran-inspired design.
