His career in the AHL includes 56 goals and 56 assists in 145 regular-season games, along with 6 goals and 6 assists in 19 Calder Cup Playoff appearances. Roy has also been recognized for his performance in the Quebec Major Junior Hockey League (QMJHL), where he was named to the First All-Star Team and received the Personality of the Year award in consecutive seasons. He was originally drafted by Montréal in the fifth round of the 2021 NHL Draft.
