Netflix and the Busan International Film Festival (BIFF) are co-hosting the third annual Creative Asia program on October 10 at Dongseo University’s Centum Campus. This year, the program will feature a panel
titled 'AI in Filmmaking: New Tools, New Possibilities,' co-hosted by Netflix and the Motion Picture Association (MPA). The panel will explore the adoption of Artificial Intelligence across the APAC filmmaking industry. Panelists include Sung Q Lee, Netflix’s senior director of APAC production; Kimball Thurston, chief technology officer at Weta FX (Peter Jackson’s visual effects studio); and director Kang Yun-sung.
