Pearl Studio, formerly known as Oriental DreamWorks, has unveiled the trailer for its new animated film 'All Wishes Come True!' The film is a Chinese mythological comedy that reimagines the legend of The Eight Immortals Crossing the Sea as a supernatural
heist movie. Directed by Mu Zhengyang, the story is set on an island where mortals and immortals coexist. The plot follows two mortals, Lü Dongbin and Zhongli Quan, who plan to rob a legendary vault by posing as immortals. They recruit six accomplices, leading to a larger conspiracy that threatens the balance between the mortal and divine worlds. The film features elaborate fantasy environments and action sequences designed by Hong Kong Film Awards winner Su Hang. It is set to release in China on July 18, followed by international releases in August.
