Marsh has announced the appointment of Linda Jones as the U.S. healthcare industry practice leader for Marsh Risk, effective immediately. Based in Washington, D.C., Jones will report to Darren Cromwell, the industry practice group leader for Marsh Risk in the U.S. and
Canada. In her new role, Jones will be responsible for driving Marsh's healthcare strategy and client engagement within its risk business. She brings 40 years of experience advising health systems, hospitals, managed care organizations, and other provider groups on their risk management strategies. Jones joined Marsh in 2018 and previously served as the U.S. Healthcare Growth & Innovation Leader. She succeeds Gisele “Gigi” Norris, who will now focus on her role as global commercial industry leader for Marsh.
