She brings 40 years of experience advising health systems, hospitals, managed care organizations, and other provider groups on their risk management strategies. Jones joined Marsh in 2018 and previously served as the U.S. Healthcare Growth & Innovation Leader. She succeeds Gisele “Gigi” Norris, who will now focus on her role as global commercial industry leader for Marsh.
