Veteran seam bowler Olly Hannon-Dalby has signed a new three-year contract with Warwickshire, ensuring his stay at the club beyond his 40th birthday. Hannon-Dalby, who will turn 37 soon, joined the Bears from Yorkshire in 2013. His new contract will see
him complete his 17th season at Edgbaston. This season, he began on loan at Worcestershire, where he took 11 wickets in four matches, surpassing 400 wickets in his first-class career. Upon returning to Warwickshire, he continued his impressive form, taking 15 wickets in three red-ball games. Hannon-Dalby has been a key player for Warwickshire, contributing to their victories in the T20 Blast in 2014, the One-Day Cup in 2016, and the County Championship title in 2021. He has taken 355 wickets in 112 first-class games for the Bears, achieving more than 50 wickets in three consecutive seasons from 2022 to 2024.
