for patients with relapsed/refractory myelofibrosis (MF). The study showed that 60% of evaluable patients experienced improvements in spleen size, symptoms, and anemia after 24 weeks. Additionally, translational research identified distinct MEN1 mutational signatures linked to resistance in leukemia treatments, particularly with the menin inhibitor enzomenib. These findings were shared by Jevon Cutler, PhD, from the Oregon Health Sciences University School of Medicine, highlighting the E368K mutation as a key resistance marker.
