In-N-Out Burgers has purchased a 1.2-acre lot in a new shopping center in North Las Vegas, marking its expansion onto a former casino site. The popular burger chain acquired the land at the southeast corner of Rancho Drive and Lake Mead Boulevard, part
of the Hylo Park development, for nearly $4 million. This acquisition is part of a larger redevelopment project by Agora Realty & Management, which includes plans for housing, retail, and athletic facilities on the 73-acre site. The former Texas Station and Fiesta Rancho properties, previously owned by Station Casinos, were purchased by Agora for $58 million in 2023 and have since been demolished. In-N-Out's new location will be part of a retail plaza that is set to include a Cardenas supermarket and other tenants.
