Accor has announced the reopening of the Novotel St Kilda in Melbourne, Australia, following a significant transformation led by owner ERDI. The hotel, previously known as the Saint Kilda Beach Hotel, is set to debut in October 2026 with 80 redesigned

Additionally, the hotel will feature a new conference and events facility, a flexible co-working space, and a reimagined internal garden atrium.
