What's Happening?
Jackery has introduced the SolarVault 3, a balcony solar system designed to provide scalable home energy storage. This system allows customers to begin with a small setup, such as a couple of solar panels and a 2.52 kWh main module, and expand its capacity
as needed. Additional 2.52 kWh expansion battery modules can be added with DIY-friendly installation. The SolarVault 3 offers flexible solar panel options, including 245W lightweight, flexible rugged panels and bifacial panels developed in partnership with Sunbooster, which can be woven into standard wire fences. The system can charge up to 2500 W in the Pro Max model via a standard wall plug and accept up to 4000 kW of PV power. It can output up to 800 W when connected to the grid and supply up to 3680 W of off-grid power. Jackery also showcased the SolarVault Multisystem, which combines three balcony solar systems, capable of accepting up to 12 kW of solar input and providing up to 7.5 kW of on-grid power, or 11 kW off-grid. This combined system can reach a capacity of 45.36 kWh and is managed by an AI-powered energy management system (EMS). The SolarVault 3 includes Jackery’s FortiShield Safety System, a 7-layer security framework.
