Concurrently, Tom Lynch, a prominent figure in Florida's insurance industry, was honored with the Mitchell Stallings Lifetime Achievement Award by the Florida Association of Insurance Agents (FAIA). Lynch, who has been a significant advocate for the independent agency system, has held various leadership roles, including serving as mayor of Delray Beach and on the Citizens Property Insurance Corp. Board of Governors.
