What's Happening?
Midland Exploration has initiated an exploration program at the Lewis Gold Project in Québec, Canada, in collaboration with Barrick Mining. The project covers 154 exclusive exploration rights over approximately 86 square kilometers. The exploration includes
systematic geological mapping to assess the potential for orogenic and magmatic-hydrothermal gold mineralization. The program will revisit the Red Giant and Golden Nest prospects and is set to include a till sampling survey in September. The Lewis Project is strategically located near the Guercheville-Opawica deformation zone, close to the Nelligan deposit, which hosts significant gold resources. Midland entered into an option agreement with Barrick in November 2025, adding to its partnerships with major mining companies in Québec.
